To sign up go here and then book your preferred seminar slot on Zen Planner (1:30pm on Saturday or 2pm on Sunday).
Because of how important a strong understanding of nutrition is, we’re opening the challenge up to non-members too.
At your seminar, you’ll start with measurements, a body-fat test and before pictures followed by a Nutrition Seminar with Registered Dietician, Gigi Loong.
You’ll also receive your challenge pack which will include a 4 week meal plan for the challenge as well as weekly tracker sheets.
To allow you to have a last supper, the challenge will then officially kick off on Monday June 5th and finish with a BBQ at the gym on July 3rd where we’ll also declare the winner of the challenge.
