Monthly Healthy Habits

Let’s introduce healthy habits in 2020.

You can use this in January or during any month of the year. Simply start on the first (or whatever day of the month it happens to be) and continue from.

Try a new one each day and at the end of the week pick one or more that you’d like to keep.

Don’t worry if you miss a day, treat it an experiment, no self-judgement allowed. Aim for progress, not perfection.

Getting started is as simple as drinking 1 litre of water today.
