Thanksgiving is fast approaching so we want to make sure that you’ll have plenty of chances to get your fitness in between servings of turkey;)
Our opening hours this weekend (Friday 5th of – Monday 8th of October) are as follows:
Saturday & Sunday; Normal hours
Classes at 10am & 11am
Open gym at 10am, 11am & 12pm
As always, should the classes fill up we’ll add more therefore please get booking on Zen Planner asap!

Update on Trial Classes
As you know we have been trialling a few extra classes on the timetable as follows:
Monday to Friday: we’ve switched the 10am class to 9:30am. This has gone down very well and attendance is up on the previous 10am classes.
Thursday: We’ve been trialling one 4:30pm Sweat class (instead of having a Sweat & StrongFit class at that time). It’s too early to tell how this one is going, but the signs are positive because everyone who goes to a Sweat class LOVES it!
Saturday: we’re been trialling a second weightlifting class at 11am. This class had a huge amount of people request it but it’s the lowest attended class on the calendar so attendances will need to increase for it to be kept beyond October.
Sunday: We’ve been trialling a second Sweaty Sunday class at 11am. This class has become one of the most popular classes on the calendar!
All of these new classes were starting following your feedback on the survey so we want you to ‘talk with your feet’ by showing up for the classes.
