Welcome Coach Fern!
We are delighted to announce that Fern Carver will be joining the coaching team at UV in mid-November.
Fern joined the CrossFit community in 2011, from a group instructor background, teaching everything from Aqua gym to Zumba.
After competing in her first team CrossFit competition in the UK, with SCCF that autumn, she fell in love with the CrossFit life.
Proceeding to take her CrossFit Level 1 in Jan 2012, she has since taken her CrossFit knowledge further to include many of the specialty trainings, including CrossFit Level 2 Trainer.
Her love for competition cumulated in a Meridian Regionals appearance in 2017, after years of international comps both team and Individual.
Her personal strengths ultimately lie in the art of picking heavy things up, whether that be Olympic weightlifting / Powerlifting or Strongwoman. Though, she has a great respect for all aspects of CrossFit and has the determination and commitment it takes to be at the top of her athletic game.
Her goal is to help as many people as possible in their pursuit of health and fitness, no matter what level that may be.
