The CrossFit UV Team

Meet the Team that is Dedicated to Your Success

our founder

Fergus

Originally from Cork (in Ireland), Fergus has been involved in sports all his life; everything from Hurling and Gaelic football to soccer, rock climbing, eventing and show jumping; he’s loves to be active and can always be relied upon to bring high energy and lots of humour to any situation (however we can’t guarantee the quality of the jokes!).

Fergus fell in love with fitness when he was 15 after seeing how much it did for his confidence (and most importantly his abs!).

Although fitness was his first love, he went into corporate banking (for 11 years) after he finished his Business degree where he got first hand experience of working in a very demanding career whilst trying to stay fit and healthy.

Fitness remained his passion and, whilst living in England, he opened his first gym in 2011 and his second in 2013 after moving to London.

This is where he met the beautiful Jolina (a Markham lady) and decided to chase her half way across the world to Open UV in July 2016; the rest, as the say, is history…

Crossfit UV Coach

Priscilla Bulandres

Registered Physiotherapist
Priscilla competed internationally in tennis and went on to have a successful collegiate career at the NCAA level for Lincoln Memorial University’s Lady Railsplitters. Her love for movement and an active, functional lifestyle is now expressed through her passion for fitness and movement. Through her experiences as a life-long, multi-sport athlete, Priscilla became fascinated by the biomechanics required to participate in sport and every day activities, and developed a passion to help others maximize their physical and mental wellbeing through movement. In addition to her love for coaching, Priscilla is also a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto after finishing her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at Lincoln Memorial University in Harrogate, Tennessee. Priscilla uses her enthusiastic coaching style and keen eye for optimal biomechanics to enhance every individual’s performance and achieve their health and wellness goals.
