Hello you awesome people!
We’re very excited about having such a busy weekend ahead!
On Saturday there is the Affiliate Competition and on Sunday we have a CrossFit UV In-House Competition followed by the CrossFit Invitational.
the CrossFit Invitational will be at the Tribute Communities Centre (formerly General Motors Centre) in Oshawa at 4pm on Sunday.
The Invitational is CrossFit’s all-star game, with the fittest men and women from each section of the globe coming together to compete (like Golf’s Ryder Cup).
A number of us from the gym are going so if you want to join us you can grab your tickets here.
CrossFit UV has been lucky enough to be asked to compete in the Affiliate Competition on Saturday at the same venue from 10:25am – 3:30pm. Entry for the affiliate competition is free so please come along and show your support!
Following some fantastic banter in classes and our Facebook Members Group between morning and evening classes we’re having an In-House Competiton this Sunday between 10-2pm. This is open to EVERYONE and we encourage all members to compete and bring your friends along. to sign up simply book into the Sunday class on PushPress.
